How to reach us

We are a small team in San Diego, California, and a person reads everything that arrives.

  • Trouble taking the exam. Email support@intraneuron.com. Tell us what device and browser you were using and roughly when it happened, and we can usually find the session and see what went wrong.
  • Anything else. Email info@intraneuron.com. Billing, refunds, press, partnerships and research enquiries all land here.

You can also send us a message using our form if you would rather not open your email.

We aim to reply within one business day.

Before you write about a technical problem

Most exam problems are the microphone, and most of those are quick to fix. Our support pages and frequently asked questions cover the common ones, including permissions, Bluetooth headsets and sound that stops partway through.

If none of it helps, write to us. Do not start the exam over repeatedly, because a half-finished attempt is easier for us to diagnose than several of them.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot interpret your results for you, and we cannot tell you what they mean for your health. That is not us being unhelpful. The Memory Exam is a screening test, and reading a result properly means knowing your history, your medications and your circumstances, which is your doctor's job and not something that can be done through a contact form.

If your results concern you, take them to your doctor. If you are worried about someone else, our page for caregivers is a better starting point.

If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Privacy

Please do not include detailed health information in an email to us. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, and we do not need your medical history to answer a support question.

How we handle the information you do send is set out in our privacy and security page.
